The Colorfield Performance 2006

If you want to sell your work of art through the organizers of "The Colorfield Performance 2006", the following conditions of sale will apply :

You will give the organizers a written order to sell your work of art.
If someone wants to buy your work of art, you will be informed by letter. The organizers will send the interested party an invoice. After fulfillment of payment, you will receive a voucher. The organizers will withhold 30 % of the selling-price for the commision of sale exclusively of the added value tax.
You will take care for the delivery of your work of art. If you want, you can hand over your responsibilty to the organizers on payment.
Your work of art is watched over during the project, but it is not insured. The organizers is not responsible for damage or loss.
